CiaoValet is a technology platform that connects users with independent contractors (“Valets”) who provide:

Vehicle fueling

Convenience store purchases

Light vehicle services (trash removal, tire inflation, window cleaning)

CiaoValet does not own gas stations and does not employ valets.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle and location details

Ensure your vehicle is accessible and safe to service

Comply with all local laws and regulations

Not misuse the platform

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices displayed in the app are estimates and may change

Due to fuel and retail price fluctuations:

Valets may update prices at checkout

You will be notified of any changes

You must approve price changes before completion

Failure to approve updated pricing may result in order cancellation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers

You authorize CiaoValet to charge:

Fuel cost

Store purchases

Service/convenience fees

Tips (optional)

All payments are final unless otherwise determined by CiaoValet.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before a valet begins fulfillment

Once a valet has started:

Cancellation fees may apply

Refunds are issued at CiaoValet’s discretion

6. Liability Disclaimer

CiaoValet is not liable for:

Damage to vehicles (unless caused by gross negligence)

Fueling errors due to incorrect user input

Third-party product quality

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or station issues

Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Independent Contractors

Valets are independent contractors, not employees.

CiaoValet is not responsible for:

Their conduct beyond platform standards

Their availability or performance

8. Safety & Refusal of Service

Valets may refuse service if:

Conditions are unsafe

The vehicle is inaccessible

There is suspected fraud or misconduct

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraudulent activity

Abuse of the platform

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and app content—including the CiaoValet symbol—are owned by CiaoValet and may not be used without permission.

2. VALET CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between CiaoValet and the independent contractor (“Valet”).

Valets may:

Fuel vehicles safely

Purchase in-store items

Perform light vehicle services:

Valets must:

Be at least 18 years old

Maintain professionalism

Important:

No car required (aligned with your model)

Must be able to reach service locations reliably

Valets are paid through:

Customer tips

Incentives (if applicable)

Accept or decline jobs at your discretion

Prohibited:

Theft or fraud

Harassment
